Land Of This Guy

With artists being kicked out of their studios in the news at the same time that multiple incidents show that buildings and pedestrians are not safe from car car drivers (giving the city an earlier distinction of being the most dangerous city, per capita, for people on foot) this could be a dilemma for them.
