Cover-up
The Asheville Mural Project started in 2008 and was completed with the Lexington Avenue project In 2009, and is still projecting in 2018. Initially, some were of the mind that any graffiti was akin to vandalism. Being in the eye of the beholder, art can turn them into the vandals if they try to censor it.
