New Local Comic Characters #43

In an ongoing quest to establish a consistent set of recurring characters to engage readers and make available merchandising possibilities (rather than changing styles and characters with each cartoon, as has been done the last eight or so years), here is another entry for possible local cartoon characters. Please comment with any focus group-type of input.
