Land Of This Guy

A building in Downtown Asheville, NC (later found to have been in the process of an unpermitted renovation) collapsed and affected surrounding structures. Since no one was hurt, it seemed okay to use the incident for an inoffensive little story about a guy who just can’t catch a break. (Inoffensive, except for the Appalachian stereotypes, but I’m allowed, as I am a native hillbilly.)
